Can Trailer Be Backed up with Reese Round Bar Weight Distribution System Connected

1. Can one back up with this WD hitch installed or does it need to be uninstalled prior to backing? 2 Thank you.

With most weight distribution systems (including this Reese kit part # RE94FR), you can back up with the spring bars connected as long as you are backing up mostly straight, but if you are going to angle the trailer and tow vehicle sharply you need to disconnect the bars otherwise you may damage them.
