There are indeed hitches available!

I'd recommend the Draw-Tite Class III hitch, part # 76183. This hitch is designed so that the majority of the hitch is concealed behind the vehicle's bumper and bumper fascia. The only visible portion is the receiver tube. You can see what the hitch looks like installed by taking a look at the provided photo and install video.

The hitch would work perfectly with the Curt # 18153 that you've looked at. If you could work with a slightly smaller, fixed carrier, Curt also offers the # C18113 which is super lightweight (only about 25 lbs).

If you'll be towing with your SQ5, you'll need a couple of other items to complete your towing system.

For wiring, use part # 119250KIT
For a ballmount, go with # D-4
Hitch Pin and Clip, # PC3
For a 1-7/8 inch trailer ball, use # 19260 or # 63845 for a 2 inch.
