What to do With Lid When Folding Up the Carpod Walled Cargo Carrier
Question:
I could not determine how the lid is stored when in the folded position. Can you help me out?

The lid of the Carpod Walled Cargo Carrier w/ Lid # M2205-2201 will actually need to be completely removed when you are completely folding it up. You will want to put the lid elsewhere, like inside your vehicle, if you do not need to use the carrier but still have it in the hitch.
To mount it to your hitch you can use Pin and Clip # PC3 though I recommend using the Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # e98880 to lock the Carpod to your and protect your investments.
Additionally, if you decide to go with the model with a lid I recommend considering the Master Lock Covered Solid Body Padlocks # 141T to lock the lid closed for added security.
