The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57390 that fit a 2004 Ford F-250 Super Duty do not have a specified pressure you should inflate the bags to for a load ranging from 6,000 lbs to 8,000 lbs.
As you can see by the cut out of the linked installation directions I added, if your truck is carrying a load you do need to have a minimum of 25 psi, but "the required air pressure will vary depending on the state of the original suspension" which means you should inflate the air bags so that you can get as close to your normal ride height as possible. This is something that you'll have to play with a bit once the air bags are installed so you can find that perfect psi.
With these air springs I very strongly recommend using a compressor because of how much easier it will be for you to adjust the pressure; for this I recommend the Air Lift Load Controller II Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Single Path # AL25592.
I have added links to video reviews for you to check out as well.
