Replacing Atwood Weld on Actuator on Trailmaster Boat Trailer

Question:

I have a 1989/1990 Trailmaster boat trailer with an Atwood welded actuator that has lost all function. Is there a recommendation for a replacement, preferably a bolt on replacement since I dont have access to a welder.

Since your coupler is welded on there won't be a way to replace it without removing the welds and then welding a new one in it's place. Since the Atwood couplers were so unique there isn't a similar one that would easily replace it either or have internal parts that could swap like a master cylinder. Using the Titan part # T43397007K that you referenced would be your best option. If the trailer is currently able to be towed you could tow it to a welder and give them the Titan to install after removal of the Atwood.
