Best Sliding Fifth Wheel Hitch Recommendation for 2004 Ford F-250 with B and W Turnover Hitch

I have a 2004 F250 with the BandW gooseneck turnover hitch. If installing the X5, will a Pullrite Super glide 16k #2100 be compatible for this part?

The Curt X5 adapter part # 16310 cannot be used with any auto-sliding fifth wheel hitches like the Pullrite Superglide you mentioned. Since you have a B and W Turnoverball gooseneck hitch the best slider fifth wheel hitch solution you have will be the B and W Companion Slider part # BWRVK3400. This fits directly to the B and W hitch you have installed and gives you what mainly refer to as being the best slider hitch on the market. It is a manual slider but it is still a really great hitch.
