Testing Converter Box of Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles Item # HM56200
Question:
After towing for a couple of times, on the 3rd time, my jeep left turn signer not working but everything else works. How do I test the converter box of the Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles Item # HM56200? using a power circuit tester? Do I need to hookup the jeep to the RV and turn the rv engine on to test it? Thanks.

Yes, you'd need to have the part # HM56200 installed and plugged in using a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 testing the voltage leading into the converter box and out of it when the taillight circuits of the tow vehicle are applied to determine if the problem is before the box, after it, or is the box.
