How Does The Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit Get Installed On A 2017 Jeep Wrangler?

When installing the hopkins wiring kit does the flat tow connector in the tail light go before or after an aftermarket tow kit plug? Which connector goes in first, flat tow or towing kit. Thank you.

To install the Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles # HM56200 on your 2017 Jeep Wrangler, you'll plug the female end of the harness into the existing male connector from your taillight, and then the other male end of # HM56200 will get plugged into the taillight.

So since you have a 4-way that uses the same plug, then it does not matter which one goes first or second.
