We have a Jeep 2015 Unlimited Sport. It has a tow hitch beneath the back bumper and is wired from the factory. Will this one work without having to splice into the hitch light 4 prong?

The Hopkins light kit part # HM56200 that you referenced has been confirmed as a fit for your 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited so it would work well as wiring for flat towing your vehicle.

You will be able to use the Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit #HM56200 even if there is already a wiring harness in place on your Jeep Wrangler. I have added a link to a video install of this product for you to take a look at.
