All of our tire chains that fit your tire size 245/60-18 appear on the linked page. In the manual for your 2017 Honda Pilot (page 609) Honda recommends using lower-profile S-Class chains. This is a common requirement for passenger vehicles and we have this chain type.

S-Class chains fit closer to the tires and require less clearance within the wheel wells; they will be less likely to contact components like brake lines and the suspension. You can install chains on your front tires only. Any passenger vehicle with any tire chain should never be driven faster than 30-mph. Always remove the chains as soon as you reach clear pavement.

For your paved cottage road surface I recommend the Pewag Servo RS chains # PWRS80. You may now know the Pewag name but they have been making chains in Europe for 500 years - yes, you read that right, 500 years.

These S-Class chains feature square links that provide better bite into ice and packed snow. They also have bumpers to protect the Pilot's rims from scratches, automatic tension control to keep them snug on the tires and a quick-release so you can get them off quickly. Please check out the video I linked for you.
