We do not have a single item kit to convert a boat trailer from a V-hull setup to a pontoon setup but we do offer all sorts of parts for boat trailers that appear on the linked page.

It is possible that a given trailer maker could offer such a kit made to convert one of their trailer models to another so it might be worth checking with the manufacturer. If nothing else this gives you the opportunity to ask safety-related questions about this idea. I suggest having the trailer's VIN handy when you contact the manufacturer and of course you'll want to know the full weight of the pontoon boat you plan to transport.

You might find you'll need longer bunks or additional carpeted wood bunks such as CE Smith 7-footers # CE27845. Or you may prefer to reduce friction for easier loading (and less stress on your winch) by installing a set of roller bunks like the 5-foot Dutton-Lainson set # DL21741.
