Measuring to pick out the correct slide topper for an RV like your 2007 Damon Astoria is pretty easy. You have to measure the box width including the flange on it and you'll be set. So the Solera part # LCV000168105 that you referenced is for box widths between 74" to 79-3/4".
If you can get me the box widths of all three of your slide outs I'd be happy to help you find the correct fits.
