The lights come with a Red, Black, and White wires when you purchase the plug. How do you wire these to a four-way trailer harness? Green, Yellow, Brown, White. Thanks

The 3-Wire Pigtail # A45PB for the Optronics Trailer Taillight # STL70RB that you referenced features a black wire for the tail/running lights, a red wire for the turn/brake signal, and a white wire for ground. It's very likely that on your trailer the green wire is for right turn/brake lights, the yellow wire is for left turn/brake lights, and the brown wire is for running lights.
Since trailer wiring isn't standardized, it is still a good idea to test the wires on your trailer for function using a circuit tester like # PTW2992 just to be sure.
