I recommend going with the Draw-Tite # 75679. This will give you a Class III trailer hitch with a 2" receiver for your 2015 Ford Flex. I like this trailer hitch because it has been rated as a 4 out of 10 for installation difficulty and it will fit whether you have dual exhaust or not.

You will also need wiring like the T-One # 118472 which gives you the basic lighting functions for your trailer and a ball mount/hitch ball/pin & clip combination like the popular # C45036. This comes with a 2" hitch ball and has a 2" drop. Before purchasing a ball mount I recommend checking out the attached helpful article to make sure it is correct for your towing application.
