The TorkLift SuperHitch Original Trailer Hitch Receiver # TLC1212 referenced in your question is confirmed to fit your 2015 GMC Sierra 2500HD as long as you have the 6-1/2 foot bed. This dual-receiver hitch is pre-drilled for the TorkLift camper tie-downs and works perfectly with the SuperTruss Extensions like the 48 inch # TLE1548 that you mentioned.

For the TorkLift custom frame-mounted camper tie-downs that are designed to fit your Sierra 2500 that has the TorkLift Original Trailer Hitch installed (as long as you don't have boards or steps underneath the truck bed) the correct part is # TLC2220 for the Front and # TLC3216 for the Rear.
