Recommended Trailer Hitch for Carrying Bikes on 2013 Audi Q7
Question:
Specs on vehicle shows trailer hitch prewiring is installed. To add trailer hitch, would removal of wheel covers and complete rear panel be necessary? I want the hitch to carry bicycles.

To add a trailer hitch to your 2013 Audi Q7 I recommend the Draw-Tite Class III Max Frame Receiver Hitch # 75950. This hitch is confirmed to fit your vehicle and it will use existing holes in its frame for a no-drill installation. The installation process is a bit extensive and will indeed require you to remove the bumper fascia and do some trimming before installing it back on the vehicle after the hitch is in place. I have attached the complete installation instructions that you can check out, along with an image of the steps specific to the Audi Q7 that you can take a quick look at.
This hitch will provide you with a 2 inch receiver opening and plenty of tongue weight capacity for your bike rack and loaded bicycles.
