Malone Roof Rack and Canoe Carrier for 2013 Subaru XV Crosstrek

Question:

I have a 2013 Subaru XV, Iknow the 50 inch Malone rack MPG201 will fit my car. the question is I have the Malone canoe kit I tried to use them on the factory crossbar. It did not fit. so with the 50inch Malone cross bars set would that fit my old town Saranac 146 with the Malone canoe roof kit?
