Trailer Hitch Rated for 10,000 Pounds for a Motorhome

I need a 10k hitch with bolt to bolt width of 31.5 inches?

In order to get to a 10,000 pound capacity you will need to look at heavy duty truck hitches since none of the RV hitches are rated that high.

For example you could potentially use # 41990-16 which is rated for 16,000 pounds and comes with 16 inch tall brackets. There is another version with 7 inch tall brackets, # 41990-07. However, these hitches would need to be welded on by a professional welder.

We also have Curt hitch # 15902 with a 10-7/8 inch drop or # 15901 with a 3 inch drop. Both are rated over 10,000 pounds and are weld on hitches.

On of the above hitches is going to be your best option.
