Trailer Hitch Receiver for 2018 Forest River Heritage Glen Trailer
Question:
Looking for trailer hitch for my Heritage Glen 282 rk 2018, I am wanting to carry my Yamaha 3500 generator on the back. I dont think the bumper will handle the weight.

The Curt Adjustable Trailer Hitch Receiver - 18"-51" Wide - 2" Drop # C13701 or the Curt receiver # C13702 are both great options for your 2018 Heritage Glen 282RK. These are rated for tongue weights of up to 500 lbs.
I did a little research on your Yamaha 3500 generator dimension and based on what I found, I recommend using a cargo carrier like the TorkLift Lock and Load 27-3/4" x 24" Maximum Security Cargo Tray - 2" Hitches # TLA7752 or a more basic cargo carrier like # C18151.
For a hitch pin lock, I recommend the Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" Hitches # 63232.
