Compatible Tonneau Cover and Kayak Carrier for 2016 Ford F-250 Towing Grand Design Fifth Wheel
Question:
Experts, I have an F-250 Supercab with an 8foot Bed and no cargo management in the bed, yet... I will be towing a GD Reflection 5th Wheel MKS320 I have two kayaks, both just short of 12 feet long and 40-50 lbs each. I want: 1. To carry the kayaks over the Cab/Hood. 2. A low profile Access Tonneau or equivalent. 3. Some kind of cargo management from the Dealer or OEM adjustable tie downs along the Bed Rails. Ideas?

I would be happy to help accommodate what you are looking to do, and let's start at the front of your 2016 Ford F-250 and work back.
First you are going to need Front Mount Hitch # 65049 and the Rhino-Rack T-Load # RTL002 along with a roof rack, the Rhino Rack # RRRS486B, which looks like an OEM rack and has an aero design for reduced wind nose. You would then want to add a pair of the Rhino-Rack Pads with Tie-Downs # RRRWP03, and if you needed additional tie-downs I recommend checking out the Thule # TH855XT.
For a low-profile tonneau cover from Access there is the Access Vanish # 834532008461 which is going to be just 1/2" above the bed of your F-250, rolls up so you can tow your fifth wheel. It also features a trigger latch so you can secure the cover. This cover installs inside the bed rails, and depending on the how your OEM cargo management system installs, may not be compatible so another option for a low-profile tonneau would be the Bestop EZ Fold # B1613501, which installs on top of your bed rails and is a soft, folding tonneau that sits 3/4" above your truck bed.
