How to Identify Correct Replacement Bearings for Dexter Hub on Recreational Vehicle
Question:
Require a bearing kit for a Dexter 8-201 RV Hub. Additional markings on my hub as follows: 3 ACMG. Can not find this number listed on your web site. Is there an equivalent to the 3 ACMG? Hope you can help and thanks in advance.

The Dexter hub part number prefix 8-201 could refer to many items and includes many possible weight capacities. So the best way to go is to pull one hub, remove the bearings and find their stamped part numbers.
If you happen to know the axle's weight rating that will allow you to narrow things down if you refer to the linked article. This article lists the most common bearing sets used based on axle weight rating. Still, the best and most fool-proof way to go is to pull one hub and get the part numbers. You can refer to the linked photo to see how these typically appear. Once you find those numbers you can search on them directly.
We do offer many popular parts combinations kits but even if we don't have a kit you can still order the individual bearings, races, seals, etc. I linked our main page for such parts.
