Trailer Hitch for 2015 Heartland 2880RLT Sundance 5th Wheel Trailer
Question:
Do you sell a hitch for the back of my 5th wheel I have a 2015 Heartland 2880RLT sundance. Also how hard is it to wire it up for lights for a trailer to pull a golf cart. Thank you.

We offer several hitches made specifically for installation on the rear frame of an RV such as your 2015 Heartland 2880RLT Sundance. These are not custom-fit hitches made for any specific trailer but they are adjustable to allow a fit on trailer frames of various widths. All such hitches are shown on the linked page.
You will first want to confirm with Heartland (using your trailer's VIN) that it has the capacity to tow the weight of your trailer and cart. Then select among the available hitches the highest-capacity option that fits its frame width. Note we have both bolt-on and weld-on options, and also Curt # C13701 that can install either way.
I also suggest confirming that tandem trailering is legal where you intend to travel.
Wiring for basic lighting functions on the cart trailer will require a 4-pole harness. You can tap into the existing trailer taillight wiring using a simple harness like Hopkins Endurance # HM48044 and Quick-Splice connectors like # SWC501915-1. If the cart trailer has brakes then the wiring will be more involved. If this is the case please let me know.
