Expert Reply:
According to Camco, the Camco and the Water Pressure Regulator with Gauge # CAM40064 has been tested up to 125 psi without failing in some applications.
With that being said, you will want to make sure that you are operating it within the "yellow" and "green" parameters of the gauge. The "yellow" indicates pressure under 40 psi and the "green" indicates pressure between 40 and 50 psi.
If you are looking for a gauge that can read pressure a little more accurate you may be interested in the Valterra Adjustable Water Regulator # A01-1117VP.
