Welding Ultra-Fab Hitch to I-Beam Frame and Length of Receiver

Question:

What is the weight of the Ulta-Fab 2 inch hitch? Also you state the hitch works on all types of frames but the instructions just shows a box frame, help me to understand how the mount welds to an I frame? Also what is the measurement from the back of the 2 inch cross member tube to the end of the 2inch receiver, in other works how far does the receiver extend toward the back of the RV? I own a 2006 Keystone Montana 5th wheel and the hitch will be used to carry 2 bikes in a RV approved bike carrier The Curt bolt on hitch is to low and the bracket is to wide for my 5th wheel and is over kill for 2 bikes. Thank You

The Ultra-Fab Hitch # UF35-946403 weighs 50 lbs; I went to the warehouse to measure how far the receiver extends away from the tube and found it to be approximately 5-3/4".

As for how the Ultra-Fab welds onto an I-beam frame I contacted the manufacturer and was told that in order to do this, gusset plates would need to be fabricated and used by the installer. Should you also be in need of a bike rack, I have added a link to the racks we carry which are approved for use with an RV.

will this fit a 305g momentum toy hauler. there is a two inch drop between the I-beam and rear steel 6 inch solid bumper. can i reverse the cross bars to drop the 2" receiver to clear the rear cross member/bumper. the inner I-ibeam width is 71". the frame is heavy duty as well as the rear cross member.
