We do not have any vent covers or vents in the 13x14 inch measurement. I recommend replacing your current vent with a standard size vent like the Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent # V2092SP-28. This will allow you to have all the replacement part options as they are needed in the future. This is a very popular option that many trailer manufacturers use. You will need to expand your rough opening slightly and then use the Installation Kit # 344270KITW.
Unfortunately the photos did not come through, but those dimensions make a recommendation easy. We also have vents with electric fans and other options. Let me know if you'd like another recommendation based on features and not only size.
