Availability of 2 Bike Add-on for Thule T2 Pro XTR Bike Rack for 1-1/4 inch Trailer Hitch

I have a thule 9035 T2 Pro with 1.25 hitch. Can I do a 2 bike add on or do I have to convert to a 2 inch receiver?

The Thule T2 Pro that fits the 1-1/4 inch hitch receiver, like part # TH23JV, was not built to accommodate the 2 bike add-on so you will need to make sure that you have a 2 inch hitch receiver on your vehicle.
You can then purchase the T2 Pro XTR for 2 inch hitches as part # TH83JV, and then the add-ons later with part # TH9036XT.
Keep in mind that the 4 bike option is for use on a Class III hitch with a 2 inch receiver. You will also want to make sure that you do not exceed the tongue weight capacity of your trailer hitch or your vehicle. The T2 Pro XTR with the add-on weighs in at 96 lbs so you will need to add the weight of your bikes to that as well.
