The hitch receiver Nissan Part No.: 999T5G2300 is a Class I trailer hitch receiver that will be compatible with the Thule Camber 2 Bike Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting # TH9058. This is a nice rack with anti-sway cradles and tilt to allow you access to your hatch and cargo area.
With this bike rack, I also recommend the Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock and Anti-Rattle Device # THSTL2 to secure your rack to the hitch receiver and the # e98891 cable lock to secure your bikes to the rack. If you have any bikes that don't have the top frame rail, then I recommend using the Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter Bar for Women's, Children's, and Alternative Frame Bikes # 64005 to create that top frame rail for level transport and ground clearance.
If you haven't already purchased the Nissan hitch receiver, I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 75902 or the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class II - 1-1/4" # 36542. Both of these hitch receivers are a confirmed fit for your 2016 Nissan Rogue and will offer you many other accessory options at a much more reasonable price. I've attached some videos to assist.
