7-Way Trailer Socket for 2000 GMC Yukon Denali New Body Style
Question:
On your web page for part HM40975, it calls out whether or not your vehicle is old body style or new body style. I have a 2000 GMC Yukon Denali. How do I determine if my Yukon is old or new body style?

Helpful Expert Reply:
The fit of Hopkins 7- and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Socket # HM40975 on some GMC vehicles does depend on the body style. If your 2000 GMC Yukon Denali has amber turn signals then it is the new body style. Hopkins # HM40975 is a fit for the new body style Yukon with factory 7-way.
