To complete the trailer hitch on your 2006 Honda CR-V to go along with the Curt Class III Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13535 you'll need a ball mount, hitch ball, pin and clip, and a wiring harness.
I like the Curt Class III Ball Mount # C45036 because it includes the 2 inch hitch ball and a pin and clip. It provides 2 inches of drop so if this doesn't work for your setup I've linked our selection of ball mounts that will fit so you can choose one that has the correct rise or drop you need. I've also included an article to help you find out how much rise or drop is appropriate with your trailer.
For a wiring harness you first need to start with a 4-way trailer connector. The Tekonsha # 118336 is a plug and play harness that connects to your Honda's wiring underneath the floor panel in the rear cargo area. Once you have the 4-way harness installed you can use our # ETBC7 kit to add a 7-way connector. This will also include everything you need to power a trailer's brakes other than a brake controller.
If you also need a brake controller I suggest the Prodigy P2 # 90885. The P2 is a favorite around her because of how reliable and easy to use it is.
