One option for a trailer hitch that can be installed on your RV is the Curt Adjustable Trailer hitch Receiver # C13701. This hitch is designed to fit RV frames that measure 18 inches - 51 inches wide, which your 43 inch frame falls nicely into. This hitch can be either bolted or welded onto your motor home's frame and is compatible with C-channel frames.
This hitch is a universal fit type products, and it is the responsibility of the installer to select a structurally safe location for attachment.
When using a bike rack behind a Motorhome you will need to use one designed for this position. I have posted a link to all of the RV and Motorhome bike racks that we carry for you to review.
If you need a cargo carrier I would recommend the Tow Ready Hitch Cargo Carrier, item # 63153, along with the etrailer.com Extra Large Cargo Carrier Bag, item # 988501.
