With a camper in the bed, and an in-line wiring harness connected, you will retain the use of the 7-Way at the rear of the truck (if it has a factory tow package) but you will not be able to use both at the same time. Either the camper can be plugged in or the trailer. Trying to use both at the same time will overload the electrical system in the truck.

If your 2008 Nissan Titan has a factory tow package, what you can do to provide wiring for the truck bed camper is install the Curt 5th Wheel and Gooseneck Wiring Harness # C56000. This will provide a 7-Way blade style connector in the bed. The camper will then have to be wired with a compatible connector like # H20046. Wire the 6 functions you need for the camper and the last wire on the harness can just be taped up and not used.

On this harness, the white wire is ground, red is for left turn and brake, brown is for right turn and brake, green is for taillights, blue is for trailer brake output, black is for 12 volt power, and yellow is an auxiliary circuit. Match these functions with the function on your camper that you need and tape off any that are not needed. I have included two videos featuring this harness below.

For the two trailers, one with a 7-Way and another with a 4-Way, you can use an adapter. If the 7-Way has round pins and not blade pins, you will need # 47595. For a 4-Way flat, you can use # PK12716.
