What is Benefit to Running Compressor Kit with Air Tank for Vehicle Air Bag Suspension Enhancement
Question:
I purchsed the F2430 Firestone helper Airbags for my 2105 Chevy SIlverado 4x4. Is the F2158 compressor kit the corerct kit for that application? Do I need an air reservoir? Thanks

Expert Reply:
For the Firestone Kit part # F2430 the compressor kit Air Command I part # F2158 would fit it and work well. You would not need an air tank unless you wanted the bags to fill very quickly. That's the benefit to the tanks. They allow the bags to inflate very quickly.
A similar setup that included the tank is part # F2543. This also comes with a hose so you could refill tires if needed.
