In order to use a hitch-mount motorcycle carrier on your 2006 Chrysler 300C you will need the highest-capacity hitch available and this is the 2-inch Class III Curt # 13465. Curt's warranty requires that you use a support strap # 18050 for all non-wheeled loads such as hitch motorcycle carriers.
You will need to check your 300C owner's manual for any indications as to its tongue weight (TW) capacity. TW is downward force on the hitch, such as the weight of the carrier you use plus the weight of the motorcycle itself. Both the car itself and the hitch have to have enough capacity for the combined weight of the chosen carrier and the bike that is on it.
The Curt hitch has a 350-lb TW rating which means the combined weight of the carrier and the motorcycle cannot exceed this. If the car turns out to have only a 300-lb TW rating, just as an example, then that becomes the system limit and the total combined weight of the carrier and motorcycle must remain within this 300-lbs - even if the hitch is rated higher. The lower-rated item, hitch or car, determines the overall capacity.
On the linked page you can see all 2-inch hitch motorcycle carriers. These vary in how much they weigh, so you can confirm the bike's weight to then determine how heavy the carrier itself can be and still keep the total within the TW limit. For example, the etrailer Motorcycle Carrier # e98873 weighs 58-lbs.
