You can certainly use a bumper-mount RV trailer hitch to carry an RV approved bike rack on the bumper of your pop-up camper. For a thinner bumper, the Curt RV Bumper Hitch # C19101 is a great option. It is designed to fit a trailer bumper that measures 2 inches wide x 4 inches tall and features a 2 inch hitch receiver. Keep in mind that this trailer hitch will not work on C-channel bumpers.
This hitch will work well to carry a bike rack that is approved for use on a trailer. Our most popular RV-approved bike rack is the Swagman Dispatch 2 Bike Platform Rack # S44FR. This platform rack will allow you to carry 2 bikes. If you need to carry more than 2 bikes, a great option is the Swagman Original, 4 Bike Rack # S64400. Swagman is a great brand that makes a number of RV-approved bike racks.
If you plan on carrying any women's, children's, or alternative frame bikes, I recommend using a Bike Adapter Bar # UB01. This adapter bar will allow you to carry your bikes level and can make loading small bikes easier. I've attached a review video of # UB01 for you as well.
