For your 2011 Kia Sorento SX, the trailer hitch that is the least visible is the Curt Class III Round Tube Receiver Hitch # C13073. This trailer hitch sets 4-1/2 inches behind the rearmost point of the bumper. The Draw-Tite # 75684 trailer hitch sits 4 inches behind the rearmost point of the bumper.
Curt's warranty on the # C13073 hitch requires that stabilizing straps be used with all non-trailer loads, such as bike racks and cargo carriers. For a stabilizing strap you can use part # 18050.
I have attached an installation video of the hitch for you. Some models may require the rear fascia to be trimmed for the receiver tube.
