We do offer three choices in a 4-pole trailer wiring harness for your 2006 Porsche Cayenne that can be seen on the linked page. Any will work on your Cayenne.
All are similar in that they will splice into your taillight wiring and require you to run one single wire up to the battery to provide power for the harness. A helpful article on that process is included for you. I also linked an install video for one of the other harnesses, but the process will be the same no matter which one you select.
Since the installation for each harness is identical, I suggest the Curt # C59236 since it offers the highest current output capacity of the three, 5-amps per stop/turn circuit and 7.5-amps for the running light circuit. You'll need a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to test your vehicle wires to confirm the functions before making your connections.
