What size bolts are used for the installation of this hitch I bought this hitch from a previous owner and the bolts were missing

The Curt hitch part # 13241 that you referenced uses a total of 6 M12-1.25 x 35mm hex bolts and six 7/16 inch conical tooth washer. You would want to get grade 5 or higher bolts from your local hardware store.

Since hitch hardware is considered one time use it's a good thing you didn't get the hardware with it.

Yes, the #DT65RR includes the 6 bolts, flat washers, and lock washers required to install the #75282 on your 2022 Nissan Frontier.
