Hitch and Bike Rack Recommendation for a 2005 Toyota Prius
Question:
Hi, I need to buy a bike trailer hitch, all components. I used your search help to find which hitch and have a draw-tite 1 1/4 inch in my cart. What else do I need to attach a hitch bike rack to the hitch? I plan to buy the hitch and necessary components today and the bike rack next week to stretch out the costs. The bike rack will be a swing-style for multiple bikes to go on my 2005 prius. Thank you very much for your help!!

The Draw Tite hitch part # 24808 would be the correct hitch for your 2005 Toyota Prius. Now since this is a Class I hitch and they can only carry a maximum of 2 bikes on a bike rack your options will be somewhat limited.
The Thule Doubletrack part # TH92BJ would be a great option.
