Wesbar light 108121 is now a discontinued item but the Optronics # ST70RB is a direct replacement for it, and yes, this 6-1/2-inch oval 3-function light will work great as a replacement part for the cargo carrier lighting kit # 20174.
For brighter light output and lower power demand you can change over to an LED-type lighting kit such as # 98174LED. LEDs do cost more than standard incandescent lights but they offer higher efficiency, brighter output and require no periodic bulb changes.
