Yes, the trailer hitch that fits your 2008 Audi A4 Quattro sedan is the Curt Class-I # 11164. The maximum tongue weight is 200 pounds.
Note, that all non-trailer loads such as bike racks, cargo carriers and more must be supported by stabilizing straps like # 18050. If not, you will void the hitch warranty from Curt.
