Question:
what type tire chains are best type for Ford F-350 with LT275 65R20 tires? I have 4-wheel drive so I only need 1 pair for the fronts?

On your 2011 Ford F-350, the rear tires are going to have a harder time gripping because there is less weight in the back of the truck. I would put chains on the rear wheels or on all 4 wheels.
Square links offer the best traction. For a good set of square link chains that will last you a good long while you can use Pewag chains # PWE3231SC. I have linked a video showing installation for you.
For something a little more economical you can use the Titan Chain set, # TC3831. I also recommend adding rubber adjusters # TCMA2 to help keep the chains tight and in place.
Be sure to consult the vehicle owners manual for specific information on the use of tire chains. I have also linked a help article on tire chains for you.
