Based on images I could find of the caps placed on the 2016 Keystone Montana 3160RL 5th wheel our Lionshead Trailer Wheel Center Cap w/ Snap-In Plug # LHCS109-SI60C appears to be the correct replacement. This fits 8 lug wheels with a pilot hole diameter of 4.88-4.9" in diameter and has a snap in plug which allows for easy access to the grease zerk on EX lube axles.
