Had parts in stock when the manufacturer was on back order. Was shipped and delivered on time, actually got it earlier then expected!
Shipping was amazing. Came 3 days before projected.
The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is the instructions were very hard to read. The diagram photos were very dark and hard to see the directives.
Other than that I went in perfect.
First impression, OMG! It's heavy duty! It definitely will tow whatever the vehicle can. I will modify it for only a couple of e-mountain bikes so should be sturdy.
