For your 2017 Jeep Wrangler and Falcon 5250 tow bar you can use base plates # RM-521448-4. This is assuming you have the standard factory front bumper. If you have a different bumper let me know. For a Tow Defender screen use # RM-4700.
You will also need safety cables such as # RM-643 if you don't already have some. For lighting a popular option for Jeep owners is the 4-diode kit # RM-154. I have included a link to a video showing example installation for you.

Other items needed to flat tow include a wiring/lighting kit and a supplementary... view full answer...

You may want to reconsider using tow bar # 63180. This tow bar is only rated for 45 miles per hour maximum. It is fine for short distances at load speed but not for highway use or vacationing. If you still want to use this tow bar then you will also need an adapter, # RM-025, to go from it to base plates # RM-521448-4. Quick-Disconnects # RM-201 will also be needed in order for the base plate arms to be removable.

Clevis rings are meant for recovering the vehicle when it is stuck, not for flat towing the vehicle. The safest way to flat tow the vehicle is by using a base plate kit that attaches to the frame of the vehicle.
