When using a grease gun like the # L30200 and grease like the # L11390 to grease the axle/bearings on your 5th wheel you technically don't have to pull your slide-outs in. But, I highly recommend that you do. You are going to have jack your 5th wheel trailer up to be able to spin the hubs as needed when greasing. So both the FOS48TAPK and FRC12TA have been discontinued, and were replaced with Furrion's Vision S camera system. The new monitors are unfortunately not compatible with the older camera systems, so there are no replacement monitors you can use. The best I can offer is a new system, the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System # FOS43TASF.

Generally, trailer tires wear on just the outside of the tire when the trailer is overloaded (which could be the case with more weight on the rear axle at the rear), there is an issue with the suspension being misaligned, or they are not fully inflated to their maximum psi. The only true what to tell if a trailer has self-adjusting or manual adjusting braking assemblies will indeed be to remove the hub and look for the self-adjust cable (see photo). I am not aware of another method for this as the model number (if present) is generally placed on a sticker inside the assembly which also requires you to remove hub. The only thing you can really do is raise the trailer with an over/under kit, which moves your trailer's leaf springs to the top of your axle and lifts your trailer approximately the same amount as your axle's diameter plus the height of the leaf spring pack (please keep in mind this conversion kit is for use with double-eye springs only).
