Typically if there are two wires running from the furnace to the AC system then it means that the furnace has power already connected to it and it sends that through one of the wires up to the AC until the system calls for heat, at which point the relay will close and send power back to the furnace through the other wire. You'll want to connect the brown and white furnace wire from the controller # ACRG15 to the other wire send power back to the furnace.

I would be happy to help you set up your BMW X5 for towing with a brake controller but what you have suggested will not work. You would be combining the brake and turn signals on one circuit. I went ahead and checked the instruction manual for the MORryde RV Cargo Sliding Tray - 90" x 26" - 2 Way Slide # MR87FR and yes you are going to have to crawl into your cargo compartment to fully secure the tray to your toy hauler.
