For your 2020 Hyundai Palisade the Stealth hitch part # 391HYUNPALIS19T is a confirmed fit and will be totally invisible when not in use since the lower portion of the hitch removes from the main crossbeam. You do not need to remove the heat shield to install the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13427 on your 2021 Hyundai Palisade.
Based on the picture you provided it looks like the hitch is pretty close to the heat shield, but you can use the handle end of a hammer or something similar to push and bend the heat shield to clear the hitch.
