I recommend looking at the Stainless Steel Locking, Anti-Rattle Threaded Hitch Pin for 2" Trailer Hitches # SR25219, which is going to give you the security you need and does a great job at eliminating rattle on hitch mounted accessories. There really isn't an inconspicuous locking hitch pin, but the black lock body on this pin does a fairly good job of blending in with your hitch.

When we installed the etrailer hitch part # e98840 on a 2016 Acura MDX like yours we found there was a distance of 14-1/4 inches from the ground to the top of the hitch opening. So using the two dimension you mentioned you'd need a rise of 4 inches and 7 inches for your two trailers. The Curt adjustable ball mount # D900 would be a great choice to give you all ball sizes and the rise you'd need. We do have bike racks that convert from 4-bike racks to 2-bike racks, however, the Saris SuperClamp EX 4 Bike Platform Rack - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount part # SA4026F does not convert.
