This is a little strange considering that a 215/60-16 tire is about 26.16 inches in diameter and a 245/35-20 is about 26.75 inches in diameter. That is a difference of only 0.59 inches which is in between 9/16 and 5/8 of an inch. Half of that extra height is applied to the upper have of the tire so only about 5/16 inches closer to the wheel well ceiling. I just assumed there was more space in the wheel well.

If you are under the tongue weight capacity of the hitch you are good. So for your 2015 Nissan Altima we have the Draw Tite hitch part # 24796 which has a 200 lb tongue weight capacity like you mentioned.
