The Dexter E-Z Flex Equalizers # K71-655-00 are a great choice. I actually have them on my Jayco Jay Feather and they do a great job smoothing out the ride. To install a brake controller in your 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan without trailer wiring does first require you to install a 4-way wiring harness like the # 118675 which was designed to fit your Tiguan.

Per the owner's manual, you can't use any tire chains even if they are low profile/clearance on a 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan with 255/40R20 tires. I can't recommend this but if I were you, I would go with a set of class s rated chains like the Konig Tire Chains part # TH2004205117 and check for clearance prior to use. The Ultra-Fab Chock and Lock Wheel Stabilizer # UF21-001080 that you referenced is sold individually. You should only need one to effectively chock your wheels/lock the trailer since blocking one side of the trailer will prevent both axles from rolling.

I contacted Stinger Trailers and was able to verify that the Bearing Kit # BK2-100 you referenced is exactly what you need to replace the bearings and seal for the hubs on your folding motorcycle trailer. The Sure-Lube system on the trailer features a drilled grease zerk on the spindle that allows for easy maintenance but the bearings and seal themselves are the standard size and type for 3,500 pound axles.

The lights you have on your trailer are Wesbar 403078 model assemblies and they are unfortunately obsolete. For a similar LED light that should work well as a replacement I recommend the Wesbar Wraparound LED # 271594 for the Passenger Side and # 271595 for the Driver Side.
